The Garant-Servis: is a financial intermediary that ensures the fulfillment of the agreed conditions on both sides of the network transaction. The independent guarantor service does not pursue the interests of either party. The money is transferred to the seller after all the previously described conditions are met. In other words, the Guarantor will accept your money and will NOT transfer it to the seller until you receive a quality product or service. If you do not work through the GUARANTOR, then you assume all risks.
How the service works:
The limitation period for transactions through the Garant-service:
If the seller / buyer does not appear for the funds due to him within 90 days from the date of completion / termination of the transaction according to the time specified in the transaction form, the money is considered lost and goes to the forum.
The cost of the Guarantor service = 5% of the transaction amount, but not less than $ 10
To transfer funds to the Garant-service for amounts from 20,000 rubles / 300 usd - refer to your personal messages to FAZER
To transfer funds to the Garant-service for amounts up to 20,000 rubles / 300 usd - contact Steiner in your private messages
You need to write to the guarantors on the trail. form:
1) Nicknames of participants in the transaction
2) Subject of the transaction
3) The amount of the transaction
4) Conditions for successful completion of the transaction
5) Payment system in which you have funds.
A warning:
The buyer is fully responsible for the purity of the funds transferred to the Garant-service. If the wallet is blocked due to the buyer's fault, the funds are considered lost. The Guarantor Service does not bear any responsibility to the Seller if the Guarantor Service wallet is blocked or the funds are withdrawn due to the Buyer's fault.
